The double room had upgrades and was nicely decorated and huge. A mini bar fridge, an individual safe, and climate control were available in the room. - the hotel is in an amazing location, especially in the restaurant during breakfast where quiet efficiency is noticeable.

The hotel had an AMAZING location quite close to Laberinto. There were a market and a bakery around the venue. The hotel had an excellent restaurant with a wonderful full course meal at the parador restaurant.

It was a historic building, the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was excellent to the beautiful palace of La Granja and the atmosphere was elegant. What's more, it was really close to the gardens in the evening, and cafeteria...

Room was spacious and nicely decorated--in a very quiet fashion--with a nice little balcony overlooking mountains and part of the town. The hotel was very impressive with beautiful interior courtyards. Breakfast was good and bountiful and the staff was very pleasant. Within easy walking distance of La Granja Royal Palace.

The excellent and amazingly friendly staff made a good impression. The room was modern and beautifully maintained, which made the experience comfortable. It had particularly nice views over the town.
Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were not so friendly.

The location in the historic town is beautiful. Our room and bath were huge and very comfortable. The building is beautiful.
Wifi didn’t work. Staff member provided Ethernet cable but was clueless about the wifi. Room was right on the street. Hotel is huge. Breakfast very expensive, so we skipped it and went to a smoky neighborhood café.

peace and tranquility in luxuroius surroundings. very good food and excellent buffet breakfast. Room for wheelchair guests was huge with enormous bathroom with wheel-in shower.
Some guests may not like that you have to park in the street in front of the hotel but this did not seem to cause any difficulties. As there are several steps at the entrance disabled guests can use the rear entrance which is accessed from a large public car park (no charge)

The lovely designed rooms and the hotels location.
We stayed a second time, a few days after the first, and the room smelt of cigarette smoke.

We asked several staff members to direct us to the pool and then again in the spa area so that we could take a swim but were told that unless we purchased a spa treatment we could not enter the pool area. We never did get to see or swim in the pool.

Lovely setting and great rooms. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. the hotel’s location was also a plus, offering beautiful surroundings and a convenient base for exploring nearby towns and attractions. the service in the restaurant at breakfast was exceptional, with efficient and friendly staff, and the food was satisfying.
Impossible to park. Parking was a major issue, with limited street parking and a public car park at the rear of the hotel that was often full.
